Community Board 4 may have thrown a wrench in the designs of celebrity architect Selldorf recently when it refused to okay her plans for an interior elevator parking system that is a central selling point of her highly publicized 200 Eleventh Avenue project, at the corner of Eleventh Avenue and West 24th St.
